No More 24

Labor of Change supports the No More 24 campaign which is fighting to end the practice of requiring home care workers to work 24-hour shifts.

Many workers (primarily immigrant women of color) face exhausting schedules that can impact their health, well-being, and ability to care for themselves and their families. No worker should be expected to work around the clock.
